Dr. Monica Grover
I am a board-certified psychiatrist dedicated to helping adults navigate life’s challenges with clarity, resilience, and compassion. My clinical work is grounded in evidence-based psychiatry, while always recognizing the importance of each person’s lived experience, values, and goals.

I work with individuals facing ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, and stress related to relationships or work. Many of my patients come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about next steps. I strive to provide a calm, thoughtful space where we can slow things down, make sense of symptoms, and develop a treatment plan that feels both effective and sustainable.

My approach to care is collaborative and individualized. I believe meaningful progress happens when patients feel informed, respected, and actively involved in decisions about their treatment. Rather than a one-size-fits-all model, I tailor care to each person’s unique needs, strengths, and circumstances.

I offer in-person psychiatric care in Houston, Texas, as well as telehealth appointments for patients located in Texas when clinically appropriate.
